T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were arrested late last night for possession of a controlled substance.
The couple got in trouble during a traffic stop when cops smelled marijuana coming from their car.
T.I. is currently on a three-year probation after being charged and jailed in 2008 for unlawfully possessing firearms as a convicted felon.

The judge overseeing Chris Brown‘s felony abuse case said that he is doing a “great job” following the terms of his probation.
He has been attending all of his court-ordered domestic violence counseling sessions and “working consistently” towards completion of his community labor.
His next progress report is November 18.

Last June, Jack Osbourne’s on/off girlfriend, Niki Cloyd, picked up some of her loose screws and keyed Jack’s Aston Martin, carving the word “Dick” clear as day onto his door.
Now, she is paying for the that crime to the sound of $10,000 after pleading no contest to one misdemeanor count of vandalism. That money will cover the damage done to the car, but what of her crayzay brain?
The judge also ordered Niki to be placed under 18 months probation and will have to complete 12 anger management classes.
Now we’re talking! Find ways to express yourself without chipping the thousand dollar paint job on a car worth quarter of a million dollars. Just saying!

American Idol contestant Chikezie Eze was charged with felony identity theft while trying to purchase two extremely expensive bottles of cologne at Neiman Marcus with a fake credit card. The total came out to $1,289.57.
Chikezie pled no contest to misdemeanor identity theft. He will be placed on three years probation and will perform 45 days of community labor.

Eh, they should have let him have it. The man is banging hard on death’s door. What’s prison gonna do him?
This morning, Rip Torn and his reps respectfully asked a Connecticut judge for admittance for Rip into a special probation program that would have cleared his name from all the charges he faces. (Remember? He broke into a bank, drunk, with a gun and told everyone that was his house.)
The judge said no way!
Because the charges are so serious and Rip has a history of alcohol abuse, the judge denied his request, meaning the case will go to trial. Rip could get a mandatory minimum 1-year prison sentence should he be found guilty.
Seriously, the man is senile. Just put him in a nice nursing home with some oatmeal and reruns of Ghost Whisperer and we bet you’ll never hear a peep from him again!
